Raheem Sterling scores wonder-goal for England vs Iran to make it 3-0.

Raheem Sterling is back to scoring ways! 

Chelsea star, Raheem Sterling netted England's third goal in their opening World Cup fixture. 

England kicked off their world cup campaign this afternoon with a lunch-time tie against Iran. Dortmund's Jude Bellingham opened the scoring in the 34th minute from an assist by Luke Shaw. Saka doubled the lead in the 43rd minute thanks to an assist from Maguire. 

Raheem Sterling then scored the third for England in stoppage time to seal their half-time lead. 

It's definitely great to see Sterling back on the score sheet after a goal-drought in some couple of games at Chelsea. And the goal? It was such a beauty.

Magical display and goal from Nicolas Jackson that shows he's Chelsea's next Didier Drogba.

 Nicolas Jackson was on target for the Blues in their 4-1 trashing of Burnley yesterday.  Raheem Sterling takes the ball from midfield and turns around on his marker to leave him biting dust. Once in the final third he finds Cole Palmer in the box, who calmly lays it to Nicolas Jackson right in front of goal. The striker does very well in controlling the ball, adjusting his footing, and striking it for Chelsea’s fourth goal against Burnley. Comparisons have been made with Nicolas Jackson's stats for the Blues and that of Legend, Didier Drogba.
