Highlights: WATCH Chelsea U21s beat Arsenal 1—0 to seal their spot in the PL2.


Our development squad were back in PL2 action on Monday Evening and we're looking to seal their spot in second place as the contention for the title continues. The game featured Arsenal's Emile Smith Rowe, and was an important one for the Gunners. 

Gabriel Slonina, the Blues' latest goalkeeping signing was in goal for the U21s and kept a cleansheet. It's his third in a row for all games he's featured for the development squad. 

A late goal in the 85th minute from Leo Castledine saw our young Blues secure all three points against a tough Arsenal side which saw them move second place in the League. Their unbeaten run in all games played in the PL2 continues.

Magical display and goal from Nicolas Jackson that shows he's Chelsea's next Didier Drogba.

 Nicolas Jackson was on target for the Blues in their 4-1 trashing of Burnley yesterday.  Raheem Sterling takes the ball from midfield and turns around on his marker to leave him biting dust. Once in the final third he finds Cole Palmer in the box, who calmly lays it to Nicolas Jackson right in front of goal. The striker does very well in controlling the ball, adjusting his footing, and striking it for Chelsea’s fourth goal against Burnley. Comparisons have been made with Nicolas Jackson's stats for the Blues and that of Legend, Didier Drogba.
