Chelsea are 'prepared to offer five players' in sensational swap deal for Dusan Vlahovic.

Chelsea's striker problem has seen them turn their attention to signing Juventus ace Dusan Vlahovic this summer, with the Blues planning a whopping five-player swap deal

The Blues are desperate to sign a world-class striker this summer, with newly-appointed head coach Mauricio Pochettino placing the Juventus man at the top of his transfer wishlist.

Vlahovic has netted 23 goals in 62 matches for the Serie A giants but is widely reported to be unsettled at the Turin club.

Juventus’ financial woes also mean they are open to parting ways with the Serb if presented with the right offer.

And that could well be the case as Italian outlet Gazzetta claimed on Thursday that Chelsea are prepared to go all out in an effort to bring Vlahovic to Stamford Bridge this window.

The report states Chelsea have already discussed signing the target man in a meeting with Juventus director Giovanni Manna.

Blues chiefs also expressed their willingness to include up to five players in the package deal. Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Trevoh Chalobah, Romelu Lukaku and Kalidou Koulibaly are all believed to have been offered.

Vlahovic left Fiorentina for Juventus in a £62million transfer in January 2022.

He struggled for form last season, scoring just 10 league goals as Juventus descended down the table after being hit with a 10-point deduction.

Still, Vlahovic’s value is around £68m as club chiefs look to cash in, in order to balance their books this summer.

Romelu Lukaku has been offered as part of the swap deal.

Chelsea, meanwhile, are looking to flog the out-of-form Lukaku to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal in order to make space.

Kai Havertz is another Blues forward linked with an exit, with various reports claiming London rivals Arsenal are closing in on the German.

 Nicolas Jackson was on target for the Blues in their 4-1 trashing of Burnley yesterday.  Raheem Sterling takes the ball from midfield and turns around on his marker to leave him biting dust. Once in the final third he finds Cole Palmer in the box, who calmly lays it to Nicolas Jackson right in front of goal. The striker does very well in controlling the ball, adjusting his footing, and striking it for Chelsea’s fourth goal against Burnley.
